What is the problem, is the data card at least getting detected. On mac just changing the sim work no settings etc necessary.

My hack works without any of those, using registry hacks is not safe for you computer or data card.
i am trying to use Aircil sim card in Bsnl 3G datacard and its showing limited service,at first it show the network signal but when we dial it shows limited service,please help me out…
Its a network issues i don’t think we can do much to improve it. If the signal is showing as limited service that could be because of bad signal.
Also make sure you have selected 2G network and not 3G in the settings of the bsnl data card app.

The software is not a special software it comes with bsnl data card.
I don’t think it will work with your data card. You can download it from google docs.

DEAR SIR I am using visiontech 82gh 3g usb modem with BSNL 3g sim card. i want a procedure to use 2g aircel sim card in that data card. so please do the needful one sir.
Use the same settings from the video and it should work.
Just use the regular GPRS setting for Aircel in your area and it should work.
There is a 2GB limit on unlimited connection now. But still its way cheaper than using a 3G sim for the time being.
DEAR SIR, I tried to change the settings as per the video procedure, but in this visiontek 82gh, the following columns to be fill (1) IP settings- dynamic or static as to select. (2)DNS settings- dynamic or static with primary DNS, secondary DNS as to select,(3) WINS settings also with dynamic or static with primary WINS & secondary WINS is also to select. so please give me a solution sir, i am waiting for your reply.

I have micromax 3g model no. MMX 310G. I need to know how to access with it. As my problem is that this model cuts the talk time instead of gprs value. So I want help from you. please give some suggestion toward this model. Thank you.
You can’t use gprs connection with a 3G sim. If you want to use gprs get a 2G sim from Aircel, Airtel, Bsnl etc.
If you put in a 3G sim it will charge 3G data which a the moment is costly.
You will only get 10 – 15 kbps speed with a 2G sim but it will be cheap will cost only 100 Rs per month.
One more thing is that it is also a bsnl 3G. Micromax MMX 310 BSNL 3G.

I got the Tata Photon Plus from oneshop internet through online.Data Cards are easy to carry and easy to access also. oneshop internet provided me very quick delivery within 2 to 3 hours with no service charges at cheap price.

I bought bsnl 3g lw273 modem bt whn i putd aircel, airtel, docom etc sim it showd me invalid sim card modem wil close so i contactd to shopkeeper thr it was connectd wid othr sim bt whn i tryd to connect to my pc it is showng invalid sim, i tryd al ur tricks bt its nt workng so pls tel me any changes to be made to pc, pls help me out thnks!

If you have the money its easier to get a open data card from micromax or other data card sellers.
Don’t buy from carriers most of their data cards are locked.

dear sir , i get bsnl visiontek 3g datacard from bsnl office… if i plug the datacard into my computer usb , it doesn’t install anything to my computer. i need the setup… can u send the installing setup to my mail id sir…? i need the .exe file sir.. zip that and send to my mail sir… thank u…
Here is the link to download the bsnl 3G data card software. I am not sure if it is the same one for you data card.

see at the bottom of the blog post, there is mac, windows and linux version there.
Also if you have installed other data card software remove them first and then insert your bsnl data card and it will give you setup options.
please advice me is micromax dongle is safe or capable to use all type sim including 3g is enable or not. and please advice me can i use another network connection on my tata photon. or not.. or elese its useless..

You can’t remove the sim from tataphoton. how can you insert other sims. so it will not work.
This only works with bsnl data cards and other 3rd party data cards.

Change dns that is the only thing you can do.
With aircel sim you can’t get free internet only cheap internet.

Check the correct settings and make sure to select the network manually.

the apn is aircelgprs
select the network manually also make sure you are selecting 2G network and not 3G network.
