No more press event unless you have something to show
instant payday loans online
All the tech sites and news sites should grow some balls.
All of these sites in single voice should announce that they will not cover any future events. Unless the itinerary is announced ahead of time.
No more hyping and covering every event the company puts up. This is the second time this is happening. Samsung did this at CES and now Sony with Playstation 4.
What is the point of announcing such events if you have nothing major to show.
By doing this you are leaving many question in peoples mind about why you couldn’t show the console.
Is it not ready, was this event just to buy some time. Who is this helping, not Sony i think.
So stop these unnecessary press conference before you lose your actually customers.

No more cases on your phones please

Don’t know the logical thinking behind putting cover on phones. If there is some kind of battery pack in there, then may be.
But putting a ugly bulky case on a beautifully designed mobile is crazy.
Companies like Apple put so much effort into making their phones sleeker and stylish, then you go and put a cheap ugly case on it and ruin it.
Apple uses gorilla glass and aluminium to make sure normal scratches don’t affect the phone. So why put an ugly case and ruin such a beautiful design.
If you take care of your phone reasonable it should look pretty and last quite a bit without a case.
The moment you put case you are also bound to neglect the phone thinking the case will protect it.

Would you buy a Ferrari and wrap it in a cover?
So stop worrying and start enjoying using your beautiful, slim mobile that you paid so much money for.
So no more cases please…

Fitbit review in India
Fitbit is a gadget that measures your steps and tracks your sleep. Motivates you to stay active, live better.
It costs 7,160 Rs, on ebay India.
Fitbit pedometer is durable and a real motivator to track your daily activity. The step counter is pretty accurate and durable.
The battery lasts more than a week if you take 3000-5000 steps a day. It charges within an hour or even quicker some times.
It can store data on it for a few days, so daily syncing it not necessary. You can also set email reminders to remind you to sync the fitbit.
You also don’t have to connect it the sync cradle. Just being near it for a few minutes will sync if there is no activity.
There is a new version of this device called fitbit one. Which allows you to sync with iphone and ipod touches even.
If you are buying this in India there is no app support. But if you have a rooted android device you can get it via market enabler from app store.
The app is pretty bad on android, hope they improve it in future. But the website has amazing stats and charts.
If you forget to turn on the timer when you sleep you can go to the website and add the activity.
There is no on or off button on the device so you don’t have to worry about turning it on or off.
If it tracks something like driving a car or travelling you can make it ignore that from the website by defining the activity as travelling or driving etc. But you have to remember the timings.
All in all a very good device that you can leave on your belt or pocket and ignore. A must buy for any fitness geek who want to get better stats about their daily activity.
If you are planning to buy a Tv here are some suggestions
1. Don’t go for the biggest size, look at the space you have and see what size tv do you need. (40 inches needs at least 5 feet viewing distance)
2. LED tv’s are thin compared to LCD but once you put it on the wall it doesn’t matter if its 2 inches or 10 inches.
3. Now above 40 inches are all the rage, if you go for a 40 or below you will get a good price almost half the price.
4. In most showrooms brightness is set to maximum which you will never use at home, it’s too bright. So reduce the brightness to half and see if it looks good and then buy.
5. If money is not an issues go for LED or stick with LCD. If you have HD set-top box LCD is more than enough.
6. Don’t get stuck by all the specs, look for what you need and if its good and in your price point buy it.
7. Think about the HD content expenses too. You need a HD set-top box to hook up with your LCD or LED tv. HD set-top boxes from Tatasky, Reliance, Dishtv etc cost around 5000 Rs. You will have to pay around 4000-6000 Rs per year as subscription fees for HD channels package.
8. Bluray and HD dvd players are also priced around 5000-10000 Rs. Blurays costs 500-1500 Rs, so take all this into consideration before buying.
9. USB content playback is a plus on tv, make sure it plays usb videos too.
10. More the HDMI ports the better, Wifi is also a good thing in tv’s now a days.

Solid Gray backpack is one innovative design for sale now
I saw this Solid Gray backpack on some design site and thought it was cool. But found out that it’s for sale now. Looks amazing as ever.
Its made of polypropene which makes it lightweight, It’s a very uniquely designed backpack costs about 9500 Rs.
But after watching the video I see it’s a material that flexes like plastic which is a disappointment.
For me the final product is a disappointment because when I saw the design first time, I thought it would be made of metal like aluminium or steel etc. I thought the outer shell will be hard and protect what ever is inside the backpack.
Interior of the backpack is also quite plain just a big space with belts. They could have designed it and made the interior also more useful and beautiful like the outside.
Still if you want something unique, this backpack is not a bad one. Buy Solid Gray here
